If it's spring, it must be time for the Pima County Fair. But before the crowds start strolling the midway and checking out the exhibits, there's a lot of work to be done. On April 7, 1988, Jim Judd, operator of the Sky Diver ride, perched rather precariously on the equipment to make sure everything was put together properly.
