It was a family affair for the 1,400 Dave Brubeck fans who attended the concert at the Doubletree Inn on July 20, 1978. Brubeck was joined on stage by his three sons: Darius, Chris and Dan. According to the review, they "played two shows to rapt and enthusiastic audiences." There was Darius on electronic keyboards and synthesizer, Chris on bass and trombone and Dan on drums, but "the old man clearly runs the show," the reviewer wrote.
