Great, haven't found that one yet! Actually, how sure are you it's Cassida? I can't find one with an inreresting pattern like yours!

Thanks much! I only knew it's (sub)family name, not the species. This one was in a tangle of plants growing right on the stream edge; which included many Summer Snow (plumbago) flowers.

Does it say MADE IN CHINA underneath? Almost looks like it is made partly of plastic. Really has some neat "armour".
