Margarethe I could use your help identifying this bug. It arrives after sunset, loves the Lantana, hovers like a hummingbird. Moves fast too so this is the best shot I could get.

Bill, it is a White-lined Sphinx Moth (also called hawk moth, hummingbird moth). It's one of our largest flying insects. Aren't they beautiful? You were good to catch this photo. They are fast.
