I believe these are actually Queen butterflies. Viceroy's have an extra black stripe across the hind wing. Ruling out the other two often confused species, Monarch's forewing and hindwing veins are bordered with black while Soldiers, which look a lot like Queens, have a distinct watermark, or whitish blotches on the hindwing. Great picture.
