Love your photography but wish your watermark wasn't on the best part of the photograph.

Unfortunately, I've had several of my photos used by major organizations w/o permission for financial gain. If you would like to see my photos without watermark, I'll be showing them in the Catalina Artists Studio Tour November 14 & 15. All were taken at our place.

A few are also hanging in Canyon Bank in Catalina.

Sharp image there Chris. It is my understanding that placing a copyright notice on any portion of your photo entitles you to legal remedy for any commercial infringement. I sincerely doubt that the resolution of images copied from Azstarnet would enlarge well for quality printing or framing.

Quality printing or framing isn't the issue, it is continued on-line use. My photos have been illegally used by large organizations for promotion of large $ fundraising events. Have you ever tried to get compensation from those who have taken your images? I have and it isn't easy or cheap, hence, my images will continue to have a watermark across the image. Feel free to visit and view them w/o watermark when they are shown.
